This place started off fine then sucked the rest of the way. Maintenance issues are half-assed, mostly glue and duck-tape. Hot-tub, which you pay for to enjoy all year round was broken most of time. They like stripping you of your security deposit with fraudulent charges too late to prove otherwise, and Marilyn, property manager, is considerably rude and corrupt. I suggest to either deal with private renters or elsewhere. Corporate owned apartments are manufactured with shady craftmanship and are only out for your money. As well, rent never decreases, they just find away to charge yopu more and more for resigning of the lease.
