Unfriendly Management Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The quality level of the apartment buildings is very good for a college town. The room model we saw was newer and in better condition than the apartment we ended up with, though. I was leased impressed with the leasing staff. We arrived on-site a day early and they changed our lease contract to include the extra dollar amount. Overall, very rude and difficult to communicate with. Our apartment was spotless at vacancy and we were still billed for cleaning time. If you can find an equivalent apartment, I would go elsewhere.
