Canterwood Apartments

Great place to live! From: bolisa1234 Date posted: 5/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   My husband and I lived here for 3 years and we loved it. The grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. We always felt safe and secure. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. Lots of amenities- the pool and fitness room are very nice. This is a quiet place for the most part- no loud students are parties. To help enforce this atmosphere, all undergrads are required to have a cosigner (yes, even if you are no longer in your twenties). However, respectful people of all ages live here. We lived on the bottom floor and were never too bothered by neighbors or noise. It's close to downtown and easy access to Denver. Only draw back for us- the price. But what you get for the money in Boulder, it's worth it.
