My girlfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and we've LOVED it here. Our apartment in particular is beautiful, on the 3rd floor with a huge tree providing shade and 100% privacy from anyone on the street below. IN fact, there are trees everywhere and provide most apartment about the same quality of privacy.
The managment staff, in our experience, is friendly and informative, and gave us a great special on move-in. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to problems, and even with a minor issue we had it only took them 2 days to get to it. They also hold community events like pool parties and resident breakfasts quite frequently. Clean and beautiful pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna, and a park area for BBQs and volyball.
We would definitely stay if my job didn't require us to move and if we ever return to Boulder, Canterwood would be the first place we would check.
