Bait and Switch From: bouldernative Date posted: 10/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The "model" is much nicer than the actual apartments. Unfriendly, unethical management staff. My carpet was stained in all rooms and should have been replaced years ago. Carpet was still wet on my move in day. Be careful on move out punch list-they will get you on every tiny little detail and then some. Nice neighbors, but cig smoke drifts into windows from every direction. Walls are super thin.
