I've lived here for 2 and half years and I used to think this place was great. It's a convenient location, my two bedroom apartment has a nice layout, big porch, and it's nice to have the gym, pool, and hot tub, and nice landscaping. Sometime over the summer, a new management company came on board and it's remarkable how bad things have gotten since then. We used to have a great maintenance guy, Todd, who disappeared as soon as new management came on. I can only imagine they opted for cheaper, less experienced help. This week my heat stopped working, and the new maintenance guy came, spent cumulative probably 3 hours tinkering with it and finally got it working, but since then the water heater doesn't work, so I have no hot water. He clearly has no clue what he's doing, and also didn't bother to take off his boots at the door, so tracked mud all over the carpet and just left it that way. Maintenance in general has been neglected. Broken machines, blown out lightbulbs, etc. in the gym stay that way for weeks. The hot tub is only functional maybe about 1/4 of the time. They couldn't even bother to properly cover the pool for the winter. And maybe the worst part is the so-called improvements they've been implementing. Like painting the buildings. We got a notice that this would take 10 days and had to bring all our porch furniture inside. When they power-washed the buildings, it blew dirty water under the windowsills and into the apartment. And then the painting ended up taking more like 3 months, during which time we were tripping over our porch furniture and not able to use it for the nicest weather of the year. Actually, I think the paint job still isn't quite done. (And not an improvement anyway, the paint combinations are ugly.) I can't trust them to ever keep to what they say they're going to do. I could go on and on. Oh, and I live on the first floor and there's pretty much no sound-proofing. I can hear my upstairs neighbor peeing when I'm in my bedroom. It's really a disappointment because this place used to be a great place to live, but I couldn't recommend it now. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
