Canterwood Apartments

Great place but the cost has gone up a lot. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived there for a year and only moved out because my roommate moved. The place was awesome: great size, layout and was quiet. I had very few maintance problems and those I had were fixed promptly. I really liked the hot tub and swimming pool, although locked at 10 means LOCKED IN at 10. I was planning to move back here this year, until I looked at the price of rent. It has gone up $400 dollars a month since I last lived there (one year ago). Really too bad too, cause I really liked the place. Now I really think it is too expensive, but if you think you can afford the place maybe it is worth it to you. My only complaint about this place is that while they look very nice they were made out of cheap materials. For example the wood (Doors, trim, etc) is very soft and dents easily and countertops were cracking. As a result the place looks like it might need to be remodeled very soon. Perhaps this is why they raised rent.
