Rent was alright when we started our lease, 880/month. However, it went up significantly when we did our renewal. By the time they finally got us our renewal options it was too late to find anything else before our current lease was up so we just took it. The facilities are average, exercise equipment was frequently broken, one bedrooms are average size, laundry in the unit was a nice feature. The parking is terrible and getting worse. Our neighbors were fine, although some of the buidings are noisy. Overall I am happy to be moving but it wasn't the worst place I've ever rented, just the most expensive.
