DO NOT MOVE HERE! Complaints Below! Something for Everyone!

Originally my friend and I had like this apartment complex for its (comparatively) nice grounds, decent (a little on the high end) price to square footage area, and the nice apartments. I started satisfied, though my opinion has quickly decreased.
Some issues I've had:
The staff. While at first the staff seemed very helpful and friendly, my opinion has no changed. I now realize there was a single member of the staff who I dealt with (Lee), who was very pleasant to deal with. Upon her departure, I quickly became frustrated by the unfriendly, uncooperative and unhelpful nature of the rest of the staff.
The price has been escalating at an unacceptable rate, given the economic circumstances. The renovated units, while appearing nice, are going for almost 1,500 dollars. Judging by our apartment it is a facade--our paint is in poor condition (how on earth does paint chip, it's not like we throw loose change at the walls), cabinetry is cheap, and appliances are outdated (our dishwasher consistently breaks our dishes).
While allowing dogs may be a selling point for some, it is just a nuisance to me.
Under the old management company, water was included. Now we have to pay our own water. While that may sound like whining, it was just one of the positive things about the complex that has gone away under the new management.
While the company is spending all of this money to renovate new units, no attention is being given to the existing customers at all. The recreation facilities were closed all summer for renovations, which turned out to be new carpeting and replacing the sauna with a cramped, unlit, awkwardly shaped 'yoga studio'.
Fortunately it is now winter, but in the summer sprinklers would frequently but turned on in the pouring rain, and during the afternoons. One particular area of the sidewalk was perpetually flooded during the entire summer.
Location: Okay some people may disagree with me but I would go ahead and say this is the worst location in Boulder. Not that close to CU if you are a student, not close to downtown, no really nearby supermarkets, about the only thing its near is the hospital, so I guess hypochondriacs should like it.
Finally, parking. First off, we are required to pay for parking in our own lot. $30 a month ($15 for each car), may not seem like not much but it adds up. Plus it's OUR lot...who the hell else is parking here. The spaces are tiny as well, which is annoying. They offer garages, which I thought would be nice for storage and small projects. However they 'don't allow garages for storage'. What is a point of the garage then'
Anyways, the point I'm trying to make here is DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be disappointed by at least one of these things, or a host of other minor things that add up to a waste of $1500 (or whatever ridiculous price they are charging by that time a month)

I so agree! Our dishwasher has broken almost half of our drinking glasses by now, and the dryer looks like it's from the 80s. The staff is absolutely horrible. The landlord backhandedly accused us of lying about neighbours who are disturbing us, after we've been suffering with constant noise for months now, and then tried to convince us to move to another apartment instead of evicting them! If I have to move because of my jerk neighbours, it will NOT be to another apartment in this complex. Management of course did nothing. I had previously considered moving into a small apartment here, but never again. I am actually looking into legally breaking or subletting my lease, because I refuse to pay a fortune for an apartment that we can't enjoy, where the office staff treats you like crap.
I've also seen what looks like a heroin addict wandering around recently, on multiple days. The only upscale thing about this complex is the price.
