DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE.

the staff are horrible, they are extremely rude to the tenants and not helpful in the least
this winter we have lost hot water several times for hours on end with no notice
snow is never shoveled in a timely manner and sidewalks/stairs are usually a huge icy death trap
parking sucks, you have to pay extra every month to park and sometimes there are still no spots
maintenance never manages to fix anything correctly
noise is a HUGE problem, the walls are very thin and despite what they tell you, ppl who live here are NOT QUIET
the price is unbelievably high, if you can afford the rent here go somewehre nicer with a better location
most balconies are not private and sliding doors do not lock well
there is also only one lock on the front door
lighting is bad at night too, i never feel safe walking around in the dark and i am just waiting for the day that my apartment gets broken into, this whole place looks kinda nice but in reality is VERY seedy


if you're considering this complex, find somewhere else, i have never been more miserable in an apartment in my entire life.
