I've lived all over Boulder an Canterwood is by far the best. The management team is great and maintenance is actually on time. When I walk into the clubhouse to get a cup of coffee or a cookie, they always great me by name and I've never waitied more than a day to have something fixed!!!
I LOVE having my own washer and dryer in my apartment (no more collecting quarters and blocking out 2 hours of my day). There's a covered bus stop outside the community so no more walking in the snow to catch the bus. I've never had a problem finding a parking spot and the pool and fitness center are great after a day of studying and classess!!
I am confident you'll love living here as much as I do!
