Quiet, handy to bus routes and highways, well away from "Hill" (not recommended), nice grounds including a pool in summer and lawns to sunbathe on. Below-market rates; I hope they keep them down. Some problems with flooding from leaks in utility closet next to apt.
Staff are helpful; nagging problems w/heaters that go out seem to have been fixed. Can't find anything not to like; hope I can stay on & don't get priced out into Thistle or N. Boulder, or somewhere like Denver or Lafayette (ugh).
2004 is incorrect. Should be 2009 but it won't go to 2009 it stays on 2004.
One recent problem: Wi-Fi or wireless internet. They put this in a few years ago but I had endless problems with it. It was extremely slow or didn't work at all, I got "waiting" or endless error messages. Sometimes it actually worked. They improved it and it worked OK then it quit for good. "Limited or no connectivity". The guy who put it in couldn't fix it and we're now waiting for a new system. Meanwhile I ordered Qwest Broadband DSL which works well but I got a whopping phone bill.
