I sublet in Canyon Creek for the spring semester 2005 and had a very good experience--the rent was very reasonable--dare I say cheap'--for a 1 bedroom in Boulder, walking distance to CU campus, and, had I not moved out of the state, defintely would have kept the apartment! The management is the BEST I have ever encountered anywhere I've rented, everyone in the office is not only nice but they actually listen to concerns and take action to resolve problems which is almost unheard of anymore. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Boulder.
