I'm so glad that we did not get trapped in a lease. We we opened the door and it reeked of natural gas. There was obvious water damage to the sheet rock where it had been cut away, it was poorly concealed by 8th inch panel. Behind the panel was signs of excessive mold. In addition, there was mold growing in the grout in the shower and mold growing under the sink. They say the carpets get shampooed professionally, but they carpets don't need shampooed they need torn out and replaced. They are over priced, poorly laid out, and in dire need of condemning.
