I know that the management is overall the most highly rated part of this group, but there's so much more. Everyone who lives here is so very nice and friendly. I couldn't ask for better neighbors! I know all of us here have had maintenance problems at some point in time (and the never got fixed!), but I am seeing a big change in this in the last few months. Not only are things being fixed, but they don't break again and the problem is never taken lightly by the office staff. It's funny when you read the reviews about this place...like it's too old w/o any insulation. maybe they should have looked at the place before they rented it! But, nonetheless, of course the apartments are old and not remodled, but that's not all that makes an apartment experience. As long as you are willing to accept that anything affordable in Boulder will be this quality/age, then you're in good standing. But in combination w/ the staff and neighbors, this place is actually very much a home to me.
