If this is the property at 730 29th St. & 2915 Baseline Road (opp. McDonald's, behind Denny's), I've lived here since 91. I have few complaints: they do fix problems, it's quiet, the pool's fine and our Wi-Fi works most of the time ($10 on the bill). Rates are probably below Boulder average. They did serve me with one of those horrid "pay in 3 days or else" notices last month, before COB on July 5 when the rent is due; they'd never done this before. No more heard so far. They should not have done this but we have a whole new crew in the office.
