There is little to redeem the bad qualities of this place. The buildings are falling apart, there have been many times when you could smell natural gas outside the buildings, and it took them months to fix the one in ours. when we moved in the place wasn't cleaned at all no matter what they say about needing a week to do so. The pipes under the kitchen sink have been leaking and have actually eaten away part of the cabnits. They'd rather dye our carpets than clean them. The staff i rather unresponsive to requests as well. My suggestion is find somewhere a little further from campus, this really is not worth the money.
