I have lived in Cavalier for 2 years and a half and I never have had a problem. Paperwork was easy, straightforward, and we got our keys on time. After 2 years, the only fixes needed by our apartment were a paintjob in the bathroom (to eliminate molds) and repairing the kitchen hood, all of which was done quickly and at no charge. In winter, they do a great job by moving the snow everyday in both the building halls and the parking lot for safe driving.

I have always paid my rent on time. The second year we received a nice discount on our rent, while most places in Boulder actually increased their rates.

Not the fanciest place to live, but the rent cost is just great and managegement does very well. If your budget is a concern, Cavalier gives the best bang for the buck in Boulder.

I just moved to a bigger apartment in the same place, and the paperwork was easy again.
