I have lived here since last summer, and so far so good. The only complaint I have is noise...lots of little kids running wild, especially when its decently warm out, and the neighbor's music can keep you up at night. But the management is great, maintenance problems are solved quickly, you park off the street and close to the building, all is well-lit and safe. There are definitely some shady characters wandering around, but no one bothers you (this coming from a college-aged female). There are several well-lit laundry rooms for use, and the utilities are pretty cheap. Definitely one of the best deals in Boulder.
