The staff is terrible, they only care about your money... the whole staff was fired in dec 05, and the new one is just as bad... they fail to tell you stuff when you sign the lease, and make you pay for it later, literally and figuratively.. its a nightmare staying here, if you dont believe me, you can email me at teetrance@hotmail.com & I will tell you my story, I will do anything to prevent anyone from making the same mistake I made, and yes, most neighbors look like they don't go to school, but rather just got out of jail. They give you a pamphlet and make you sign a release for ASBESTOS and LEAD in paint of your WALLS!!!!!! I am not kidding... The only thing decent was maitenence, but I had to call twice and remind them at 8 pm because they forgot I had no heat. I have no idea how anyone could recommend this place.

Cavalier is a terrible place to live. It took several weeks to get our broken dishwasher replaced while in the mean time there was a nice big hole in the kitchen. The staff is TERRIBLE, unwilling to help, and worst of all VERY unprofessional. The price is good and the short distance to campus is awesome. Just pray that you never need anything from the office because you might not get the assistance you need.
