Let's face it. If you're a poor student who really wants to leave close to campus and not pay out the behind for rent, this place can't be beat. Sure, I've had my share of problems with the management, and I lot of what I've read on this site is true. They can be slow to respond to problems, and oftentimes hassle you unnecessarily about late rent.

BUT, I've been here for 3 years, paying $500 a month for a 750 sq ft single. No matter the crappy accomodations, I'll take that bargain!

If you're used to an upper-middle class way of life, you'll hate it hear. But if you're like me, just trying to get by from month to month while you finish school, I highly highly recommend Cavalier. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
