I had problems with this place from day 1. Most of them stemmed back to maintenence, when we checked the apartment before moving in there were a bunch of problems with the empty place;
cobwebs on the ceilings,
carvings in the bathroom door,
front door stuck at times,
stickers and glow in the dark stars all over
a huge water bubble on the ceiling

They said they'd go ahead and fix the problems before we moved in, they didnt fix anything. I called and told them that nothing had gotten fixed, they sent the maintenence guy over about 2 days later and he took some of the stars off the ceiling. Sad thing is, theyr bright orange stars about 2 inches in diameter, and he didn't even get all of them out of one room!

For a couple weeks they turned our water off from about 7a.m. to 2p.m., they neglected to tell us however so I had to go to work smelly for a while.

Called maintenence one time because our dishwasher wasn't washing dishes, he said he'd come check it out. Left the apartment later and found a sign on my door that said the dishwasher had been checked even though he never even came in.

Most of my neighbors are alright, had a couple problems with sexual harassment as anytime girls come over they are whistled at and sometimes chased by the 20-30 year old hispanic neighbors.

My car was broken into once and I lost my stereo.

So many problems with this cesspool... I'm stopping now because its late and I'm tired

The inflated utilities bills caused by unsealed windows, leaky faucets, and broken heaters made this dump cost more per month than one of its nicer looking neighbors. Do yourselves a favor and don't pay for these people to screw you.
