DO NOT RENT HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Reasons why you should NOT get an apartment here. 1. Really rude children will smack on your doors and windows at all hours of the day and night. Look into your windows and play on your car, bike, and even harass your pet. 2. Their mothers spend their time screaming at their husbands instead of dealing with the kids, who seem to have been raised by monkeys. 3. There is a constant crowd of men sitting outside to harass anyone who walks by. 4. They way your neighbors will communicate is by screaming back and forth at each other. 5. They also all look like they came from Mexican prisons. Not Racist here, just be prepared to not find anyone who speaks English. 6. You will have music making your tables literally BOUNCE at all times of the day. 7. The staff are lying -------s. Literally, they will tell you something specific on the phone, then deny it 10 minutes later. The only way to deal with this problem, is to record every conversation. 8. The apartments are falling apart. Counters peeling up, paint stains on the plastic wood doors, stains everywhere...
