This is not a good place for college students, and not worth the low rent. The place is noisy. So much so that getting any homework done, or even sleeping is difficult. There were ants in my apartment. Little red ones that would come up on the pipes and then find cracks in the walls. Management is dishonest. Don't expect to get all of your deposit back, even if they tell you everything looks good when you leave. The parking is ridiculous in winter. Don't expect to be able to move your car during the winter months.
