I have lived here for two years and I have never seen a spider. There are wasps, but the office has sent their pest people here immediately any time I have complained. Repairs are always made within a day or two and the office staff is super friendly. They just baked every single resident cookies as holiday gift. They sent me a birthday card on my birthday. It appears to me that they try hard to make this community feel more like home and less like a complex. I love living here and will continue to do so until I buy a home in a few years. Problems are inevitable anywhere and I find that the staff here is very responsive to my needs.
