I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I think it's great. Nice views! Service is fast. $900 for a 2-bedroom 750 sq ft place (with balcony and dishwasher). We're not students anymore and even tho there seem to be many around, we never hear them. The staff is extremely friendly and the rent is cheap compared to other places I've been. Traffic isn't that loud unless you leave your window open, but I've gotten used to it. Haven't seen a single spider. :)
