I have been living at Coronado for 2 years now and everywhere has it's problems, but I have been impressed with how much the management gets involved, they leave something on the door for every holiday. The people in the office know who I am and in most cases get maintenance requests fixed quickly. As far as past reviews and noisy neighbors, it is Boulder, it is a college town, and it is an apartment complex, so when we have problem with noisy neighbors we confront them and ask them to be quiet rather than always calling on the management to be the police. It is easier to handle it yourself rather than have a third party step in and have to say what you said you heard.
