Highly Recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I was really surprised when I read some of the reviews. Those people need to go back and READ the lease agreement that they signed with the property. When I moved in they took the time to go over my lease in detail. They also had me complete a detailed "unit condition form" telling me that I needed to note any deficiencies currently on that sheet as that form would be reviewed when I moved out and I would be responsible for any damages not listed on the form. How more than fair can that be. I lived there for over four years. I would highly recommend this property to anyone moving to the area!
