We were sad to leave. Whenever we had a problem or maintenace issue it was taken care of pronto! Yes, the carpet cleaning was taken out of our deposit, but we knew this ahead of time, it was in the lease. WE left our apartment fairly clean and we were not charged for any cleaning. Not like the place we just moved into... it took us 3 days to clean before we could move in ----- we miss you Coronado and your clean apartments. If we ever come back to Boulder - you are the place.

I have had similar experiences moving my kids to apartments that required days of cleaning before they could move in. When accepting this job with Coronado, I was pleasantly impressed with their cleaning standards. We appreciate the condition that you left your apartment and wish you the best. AM
