This was the worst place I have ever lived. I was embarrassed to invite friends over. It smelled like garbage, te fire alarm went off nightly, there were always police around doing drug busts, there is a mean, maybe crazy man who lived there and would yell obsenities at everyone, the pool smelled, the volleyball court was more like a big catbox, Our apartment was infested with roaches, and you could hear rodents scurrying inside the walls. The carpet was so filthy, you never weanted to take off you shoes. I felt like I was being robbed, event though the rent is cheap it is definately not worth it. The managers are pretty nice, and are used to complaints and people breaking their leases. There was also not enough parking, so often I would have to park far away and walk home. I would rather live on the streets than here. Creekside is popularily referred to as "Crackside" among theCU students, and it is widely known that you can opne any door with a credit card. (there are no deadbolts.
