You get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   These are cheap apartments that are a short walk from the south side of the CU campus. Since they're cheap and close, they're not very good. Kitchens and furniture are in *terrible* shape, though mgmt is working to replace these. Mgmt staff not at all professional--office hours brief, and sometimes office is not even open when it is supposed to be. Though some residents are quite loud, my neighbors were quiet. Elevators often broke down and tenants (or bums) sometimes urinated in them. Parking is a DISASTER; be prepared for a major hassle if your friends come to visit--not enough parking, especially at night! In summary: this place is a dump, but it's cheap and close to CU. You get what you pay for.
