Good functional apartments

I have lived at CreekSide Apartments for two years, and will be living there again next year. While they are not aesthetically grand, (looking a little like Communist block living) The management is diligent, and in most cases comes within 24 hours to fix things. They are also friendly and go to great lengths to help the occupants.
The apartments themselves are fairly roomy and contain decent furniture. Storage in the kitchen is at a premium, but the living area is huge and excellent for entertaining. Also, there is a very large storage closet and a decent linen closet.
The downsides to these apartments are that they are older, the elevators seem rickety (though they have not broken down all the time I have been there) and the lighting is sometimes very dim. However, in spite of these downfalls, I would highly recommend living here, if for no other reason then the management.
