Creek Side Of Boulder

Great Place, Close to Campus, Nice Management From: Boulderth Date posted: 6/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived at Creekside for two years. From August 2002 to 2004. During my stay the management was friendly and the maintenance was done quickly. I never had any problems with other residents. The place is overall quiet with a few parties here and there. Most of the people who live there are juniors and seniors, so they a pretty responsible. I found Creekside to be the best deal in Boulder, because they pay for heat, water, trash, sewer, cable tv, dishwashers, and off street permit parking. I would recommend Creekside to people. The rent is very resonable for being so close to the University. There are also 13 bus routes right out the front door. The pool is also nice in the summer.
