Creek Side Of Boulder

Great compared to any other place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I lived in Creek Side for two years and recently moved out because I graduated. I am Creek Sideâs number one fan. Some people say that the building looks like a prison, and the hallways and stairwells arenât too classy either. However, of the million great things about the place, those are the ONLY bad things. (And who hangs out in the hallways anyway') The insides of the apartments are great and high quality. The location is amazing because it is so close to campus, the busses are right there, and Basemar shopping center has everything you need. Nothing in Boulder compares to a location like this. Everything else about the place is amazing too including the parking situation, the big laundry room, and the pool. The best part of the place though is the management-âthey are incredibly nice people. A few times things in our apartment broke and they were there the next day. Also, they are very generous with the furniture and they hook you up. I heard they even give out light bulbs, but I never asked. The office has a great welcoming atmosphere too. The last reason that this place is great is that we got our deposit back fair and square, and pretty timely too. I have heard one horror story after the next from people who donât live here when it comes to deposits-âthe landlords are always out to screw people. Creek Side it is totally the opposite. I have known a lot of people who have moved into Creek Side kicking and screaming because it doesnât have the best reputation from the way it was in the distant past. In the end, everyone I knew loved it and didnât move out until they graduated. For a stressed out college student, there is no other place to live. This place is 100% stress free compared to the other places I have lived. I will never find another apartment like this one.
