Crackside has more than roaches

I lived at Crackside for a summer and it is disgusting. The management sucks and can't do anything the way they say they will. The creek that runs along the building is infested with rats so I wouldn't doubt they make their way to the building during winter and while I never had roaches, I did have a BAT in my apt. I have no idea how it got in the building but I lived on the 4th floor away from the elevator and the stairways were all closed and absolutely no open windows. That leaves only the bathroom vent where we always hear the rats walking around. I reported it to mgmt and they blew it off like it was nothing. They are completely incompetent and allow crackheads to deal in their buildings.
The mgmt even sent all three deposits to one person who had only lived there for 2 months of the lease. I didn't even know the person or have their number or address b/c I gave mgmt my address to send it to me. I just happened to run into my old roommate at the store and they said, by the way, I have your deposit and didn't know how to contact you. Lucky for me I ran into them instead of losing the entire deposit. The office blatantly ignored the envelope I gave them to send my deposit in, and they gave all the money to the one person who did NO cleaning, so they were able to split it up however they wanted instead of having some money taken out for not helping with the cleaning.
