It's cheap and it's close to campus. The outside is fairly ------, but the apartments themselves aren't half bad. All the furniture, heat and cable is included. I haven't had any problems with management, and while there are rats by the creek I have never seen one in the building. It's the best deal you'll find in Boulder, but it's still cheap so if money isn't an issue I don't think there's any real reason to live here. For those of us trying to save a few bucks I'd highly recommend it.
