When you see it, you will know it came straight out of east berlin. Especially after they repainted the trim black. It was furnished and cheap, but here's my gripe: Our stove never worked, we complained about it several times. They promised to fix it every time. (It probably still doesn't work) We made the place spotless when we left. Pulled out appliances, shampooed the carpet (showed them receipts). . . they still charged a cleaning fee (sigh). The pool is always dirty. The traffic is pretty bad and the windows are as old as they look so you can hear everything nice and clear with the windows shut. Once I locked myself out and I lived on the third floor (no climbing) . . . I don't want to give details, but it was way too easy to get back in.
My advice: Only live there if you're a guy who doesn't own much, goes to school at CU and doesn't have any money. Even at that, get renters insurance! If you meet the above criteria (which I did), I totally recommend it. It definately saved me money.
