decent place with small rooms From: mollyhousing Date posted: 1/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I currently live at creekside and plan to renew my lease. The outside, hallways, and elevators are horrible looking, but the inside of the apartments are pretty decent. I live in a three bedroom; 2 small rooms that comfortably fit a twin bed, desk, and dresser (this furniture is included in all 3 bedrooms) and 1 large room that can fit a full bed and desk. The included furniture was in good shape. Utilities are very cheap and I even had discounted internet because of the included cable. This is a decent rental as long as a large bedroom is not your main priority. Management took about 1-4 weeks for minor repairs.
