This place has a very nice facade... but the apartments are small with thin walls and no A/C (particularly bad because most apartments have one window/patio and the front door, so no circulation without losing your privacy). The on-site manager is slow to act and they violated the rental code by entering my apartment without notice as well as demanding the rent on the first - no grace period and even on weekends and holidays - failure to pay on a Saturday (the first of the month) resulted in a nasty note on my door, despite the fact I paid on Monday. Expect rent increases every year of about $50.
