When I first moved in, I was excited about renting here. It's very close to CU campus, and I was told that the atmosphere was quiet. However, the walls are thin and my neighbor was extremely loud. I had a second floor apt. (there are 3 floors) and I could hear everything that my upstairs neighbor did. The maintenance people are very friendly, and that was the best part about the place. The office staff is not around when they say they are, and this gets frustrating. Also, when I left the apartment, I was charged for things that I was not responsible for (cable outlet, which wasn't broken, they charged me for a 'broken' outlet). This place is cute, but too loud and too expensive for what you acutally get.
