I have not enjoyed living here. There is nowhere to park, if you have two cars only one can park in the lot. And if you park in the lot, it's almost gauranteed that sonemone is going to hit you.

The construction of the building is poor, you can hear everything going on in the apartments above you and smell what the people below you are cooking. The people below me smoke which makes my apartment stink, there was an attempt to fix it but it still seeps in through the floor heaters and the bathroom.

The actual apartment is TINY. The unit we were in was advertised as a one-bedroom and therefore more expensive. A bedroom has a door on it. The patio area was larger than the living area inside the apartment.

The property manager is a nightmare to deal with. She will say one thing and then do another, like make you decide if you want to renew your lease six months before it's due and lease it out from under you. She is a total spaz and freaks out about everything. The good thing about the apartment is the maintenance guy, but he's leaving soon.
