I lived here for two years, which is saying a lot given the fact that I can't stand staying in one place for more than a year.

The facts are:

1.) The apartments are very small and over priced BUT

2.) Very close to CU campus & not far from downtown (if you have a bike)

3.) the management (Jackie) is awesome, friendly and very attentive

4.) Maintenance and grounds are top notch.

5.) The hot tub is always luke warm, so don't count on it year round.

6.) The walls and ceiling are paper thin, so hopefully your neighbors will be quiet

7.) The "one bedrooms" are actually studios. And the windows are drafty during the winter months.

8.) Safe neighborhood EXCEPT for THEFT. Don't lock your bike up outside. Keep it on your porch!

All in all; Not a bad place.
