If you are ready to move in the manager (jakie) will act like your best friend, but when you leave it is a different story. This apartment has to be the worse place to live, in the Boulder area. The manager has no respect for her residents. She is very unbalanced and tries to take personal stabs at peoples lives when you don't bend over backwards for her. If you have a problem though, she will not even lift a finger to help you. We had constant noise problems which were not solved, possibly if the apartment was not made from the worse/cheapest materials it would not be a problem. Also don't bother bringing a bike to this complex because it will be gone before you turn around. I had 2 bikes stolen and a neighbor had his bike stolen out of his apartment. I must also note that I paid rent early every month and left the apartment in better shape then when I got it, even though the manager tried to blaim damages that were done before us on us. The bottom line here is to stay away at all costs, there are much better apartments in Boulder for less or the same money.
