I lived here for a year and the units are incredibly tiny, walls are thin, everything is old and when I moved in I swear the apartment was not even re-painted. You can barely fit a full size bed in one of the bedrooms because it is that tiny. I had several repair problems the day I moved in and had continued to do so throughout my stay. The maintenance was slow sometimes ignored until I asked at least twice. The manager is hardly ever there either.
Laundry is expensive I thought, they raised it a quarter couple months ago so its 1.25 to wash and dry. No coin change machine either so you have to get it from the office.

I just got my deposit check and received less than half of what I paid. Some stuff I know of but some things I had no idea there was a problem. It looked like she was making stuff up and yes she even charged me for something that was already there and I know I noted it and she even told me about it the day I moved in but it didn't matter. She is very careful about nit picking little things so she can take every cent. I didn't want to renew my lease because they were raising the rent and other places are bigger and better.

Seriously not worth your money or your time. It's overpriced for what you get.
