The mgmt is weak. The property manager is rarely in the office. When she is, she usually has visitors and it is impossible to have a private discussion.
I had a problem with a neighbor bothering me. The manager said they would not get involved and it turned out that they indeed took sides. I felt as though my concerns were not addressed. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
