POORLY MANAGED - LIARS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   3 individual requests to remedy graffiti - was promised each time it's be taken care of, never was. 3 individual requests to replace stained linoleum (which was pointed out by management), was promised it'd be replaced, never was. My ceiling caved in from a leak above, maintanance guy said it would be fixed when dry...no one ever came back and my apartment violates Boulder Fire Code...several months now.. they claim to have parking lot under surveillance but the camera has pointed at the ground for several months now... neighbors' smoke comes in through exhaust vents..they won't remedy it despite health hazards (Boudler Health Dept.)... NO predictable hours for Office prevents package pickup...and a friend said there was double murder here recently. STAY OUT!!! Snowblowers wake you up.NEGLIGENCE. Carbon Monoxide monitor was painted over and doesn't work properly (ILLEGAL), electrical outlets painted over, last week my dorr knob FELL OFF - fix it yourself to get it done! Senile old man next door wakes us freaking EVERY night with moaning. Worst apt. EVER... Dryers leave clothes wet even only half full.
