parking gets crowded on weekends but there are still spaces available on the grounds just not infront of your apt.
all fixtures are the cheapest you can find at a chain hardware store but they work. like previous person said, everything is painted over like 10 times (outlets, switches, vents, etc.) which is annoying and looks pretty ghetto.
as other post stated, office hours are rather regular for the most part but at odd times it closes without wanring for anywhere from 1-3 days which presents issues as a renter if a delivery or package has been delivered to the office and locked away (so watch it near the holidays if you are expecting any gifts or you won't have access to them for days, sometimes over a week, if there's a holiday involved).
lots of trash and litter on the grounds but it is near major city foot and car traffic so it might not be the fault of the complex (but it looks dirty all the same).
thin walls but cool, respectful and mature neighbors so nobody gets offended and nobody gets too loud so i disagree with some other posts here about loud neighbors, but just saying, you can hear everything your neighbors say and do and vice versa.
maintenance takes a very long time to fix anything (even small problems), but i must admit when they finally got around to fixing something (even big problems), they did it very well. personal safety is not so much a concern as everything is well-lit and paths are cleared quickly by maintenance during snow and ice (it's one thing they are very quick with).
they are cool with one indoor cat as a pet and took the time to register themselves at the pet friendly housing list with boulder humane society, so thumbs up on that.
for everything bad thing about eastpointe, there is a good thing too, so i say "about average".
i wish i could give it 2.5 stars on here, but 3 is too many is 2 is too low.
