Good place for rent price. We have been very happy here. The management is friendly and reasonable. They take care of any serious problems, but are lax on the little things. The units are spatious, safe, and peaceful. Most of this has to do with the fact that it is away from the school. The population is normally graduate students, couples, and young families. The manager is very friendly and will go the extra mile to help residents in need. I called her one morning after locking myself out of both my car and the apartment, and thus late for work. It was her day off and she was down in Denver, but she drove directly out to let me in (for free).
The centralized Air-Conditioning is a huge plus! Also note, sewer/gas/garbage/water are included in the rent, which is nice.
They let you hang things on walls, paint the rooms, keep bikes on the deck, everything a normal person wants to do.
The only major issue we had was with Qwest DSL. The building is old, and the manager lets you alter the communication wiring as much as you want, so long as the unit can still use a phone when you move out. As a result, Qwest/Comcast maintenance has a horrible time with the complex and the internet would go out once every two or three months for a day or so at a time.
Strongly recommended place for young families looking to save up some money while living comfortably. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
