Good inside the apartments but looks old from the outside

It is a very cheap compared to average Boulder value. The community is not that decent. Smoking in the hallway mostly though it is not allowed by the management. Lots of parking spaces and good view if you can find an apartment in the 3rd block. As I said, the apartment looks really old from outside.
