Pretty Great Place!

The managment is great here, and very fair. They are NOT out to get your money. They respond immediately to your repair calls. The apartments are clean and nice and the price is fair ... for Boulder. Also the neighbors are friendly and respectful (not loud). The grounds and the pool are also kept very nice. I have enjoyed living here.
